Learner Acquisition Executive (LAE) – Performance-Based Internship

Responsibilities

As a Learner Acquisition Executive (LAE) Intern at SettleMate NextGen, you will help eligible learners discover, join and progress through our skill development programs and support them throughout their journey towards employment. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with genuine prospective learners. Explain SettleMate NextGen courses, learning pathways and available career opportunities. Support learners with website registration and onboarding. Help learners complete their profile and required verification processes. Encourage learners to join the official WhatsApp and Telegram channels. Support learners in completing their course and required assignments. Follow up with learners and provide timely guidance throughout their learning journey. Guide eligible learners through the job/internship application and placement process. Maintain accurate learner, milestone and follow-up records in the official tracker. Fake registrations, duplicate accounts, spam, misleading promises, fabricated reviews, or unverified activities will not qualify for incentives. No fixed monthly salary/stipend is offered.
