Key responsibilities: • Social media posts, stories and promotional creatives • Posters, banners and internship/job opportunity creatives • Ad creatives and thumbnails • Campaign creative sets • Certificate templates and other brand materials • Maintaining consistent SettleMate NextGen branding • Revising designs based on feedback and delivering final approved files Performance-Based Incentive: This internship follows a point-based incentive system. 1 Point = ₹1, with a maximum monthly incentive of ₹5,000. Quality of work determines the payable points: fully approved work receives 100%, good work 80%, work requiring improvement 50%, and rejected work 0%. Normal revisions are included. Major redesigns may receive additional points as per the applicable incentive policy. Monthly Incentive Cap: ₹5,000 This is a performance-based internship and does not offer a fixed monthly salary/stipend. Candidates should have practical experience in graphic/visual design and must be able to provide relevant work samples or a portfolio. Use of professional/legitimate design tools and licensed assets is expected. Copied, unlicensed or low-quality work will not be accepted.

As a Learner Acquisition Executive (LAE) Intern at SettleMate NextGen, you will help eligible learners discover, join and progress through our skill development programs and support them throughout their journey towards employment. Key Responsibilities Identify and connect with genuine prospective learners. Explain SettleMate NextGen courses, learning pathways and available career opportunities. Support learners with website registration and onboarding. Help learners complete their profile and required verification processes. Encourage learners to join the official WhatsApp and Telegram channels. Support learners in completing their course and required assignments. Follow up with learners and provide timely guidance throughout their learning journey. Guide eligible learners through the job/internship application and placement process. Maintain accurate learner, milestone and follow-up records in the official tracker.
